"Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lobby, helpful staff, great views. The daily activities were fun and our bartender in the bar was a delight! The only disappointment was the coffeeshop. It needs to be updated and the quality of the coffee and pastries really needs to match the food city that it's located in. Other than that a great stay and will happily return!"

"Destination fee.....40$ PER DAY.. This nasty surprise comes added to your hotel bill. So, if you stay 3 days it adds 120$ to your hotel bill.. I mistakenly thought it was 40 total not 40$ a day. The breakfast buffet is excellent (staff and food) but at 39$ a person it adds up quickly. The rooms are very clean but slowly starting to get worn....nicks on furniture and such. A/C was adequate, but you could tell if the city was having a hot streak it would not hold up.. ....Hotel has amazing staff in a good location but it's good to be aware of some of the quirks."

"Sq footage was good for the deluxe king. Relatively clean, but housekeeping needs to be more thorough with the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash should be screwed to the rear of the shower and not glued to the side. Lacking a refrigerator, microwave, and airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and the stay was a very good value otherwise."
