The room was very comfortable. Property was nicely maintained with pretty gardens and nearby parking. Staff was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely assortment. The area is a hilly walk from the shops, but worth the quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This was unfortunately not what we had hoped for on our honeymoon. I cannot fault the staff who were incredibly helpful, especially Elisabetta. The property itself however is extremely disappointing and the breakfast was below average. The hotel itself is up a steep hill and surrounded by building works. The hotel has not lift and would not be good for anyone with accessibility issues. We felt it was over priced and very inauthentic. The sister hotel just round the corner looked a much nicer place to stay, it was a shame to have stayed 2 nights of our short trip there.

Oasis in Como

This is a delightful place to stay, comfortable large room with walk-in shower and balcony over looking the garden and pool. It's in a quiet part of town, away from the crowds but only 10 minutes walk, although there are some stairs to negotiate! The service is excellent both for check-in and breakfast, with poolside service for drinks during the day and food is availabl too.

Andrea and all the staff were amazing . Could not have asked for anything better. Great location except for the stairs to get to property. Breakfast was great close to Lake Como and all ferries and the Funicular.

We had an excellent stay here. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It was clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

Gute ruhige Lage, kleiner Pool, sehr aufmerksamer Service und sehr gute Empfehlung für einen Ausflug. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch reserviert, man wählt am Abend vorher aus, was man möchte und muss auch die Uhrzeit nennen. Wir fanden das nicht so gut und hätten ein Buffet präferiert. Beim Frühstück sitzt man teilweise etwas beengt und der schönste Tisch draußen war immer für 4 Personen reserviert. Schade. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer im Anbau - uns fehlte definitiv Stauraum bzw. ein Kleiderschrank. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, aber mit kleineren Abstrichen. Der Pool ist leider nur von 9 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet.
