"Exactly what I was looking for--a value stay in a clean place where I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Bathroom outdated (to be expected) but clean. Surprising ample amount of provided toiletries. Breakfast was the free classic hotel continental breakfast; nothing special but decent (they do have a pancake and waffle maker though!)"

"Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, the door to the room did not lock. When opening the door to leave, the frame fell off of the wall, including the latch for the lock, which had been screwed into the trim of the door, which was fastened to the sheetrock by finishing nails. We were denied a refund, but the rude and unhelpful manager offered to move us to "the good room". "The good room" was less dirty, but had a cigarette butt and other debris on the floor, one thin towel, and only half of the lights worked. Overall, this hotel offered a gross and uncomfortable experience with rude staff."

"Look out of the swimming pool sized pot holes. You will wreck your car in that parking lot. Breakfast was similar to public school food. Bread was moist, coffee tasted musty (dirty coffee maker?), "omelette" was just gross, sausage was dry and overcooked. Room was clean (except for the dead bug on the side table) but outdated. Our "suite" was just a room with a couch. Walls so thin I could hear our neighbor vomitting all night. Probably drank too much at the "lounge" (a collection of slot machines, black jack table, and local meth heads). Bar tender and service at the lounge was decent. Would have used the pool, but there was an army of children there at all times, 8a-11p. Someone had their infant in the hot tub. In no world am I going into a hot tub that had a diaper in it. Also, WTH? This baby was less than a year old. They made sure to enforce the pool close time but didn't say anything about a baby in the hot tub? Once upon a time the name Ramada meant something. This was a sad shadow of what a Ramada should be. They need to quit pretending and just call it a Days Inn. "

"I did not know that we had to pay for parking. I don’t believe that you should have that policy on your hotels. That is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know that I’ll stay there again. I’ve loved staying at the Delta, but not sure that I want to pay for parking from now on?"

"Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles during the night. Overall the room and property are ok and could use the renovation. Likely would look at another property for a more comfortable bed and maybe less noise from the street and other guests."
