“The whole stay was excellent. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. All food was cooked to order and well presented. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and location is just a short walk from the main promenade and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if visiting th area.”

“I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)”

“Great service from staff and nice little place. Only issue i can really think of is the floors are pretty creaky with it being an old building so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Didnt cause us any issues though.”
