Cornaredo, Milan hotel rooms at the Independent

"Room was super clean and very spacious. Shower was also very large, largest I’ve had in Italy. It had great water pressure and never was never out of hot water. Staff were absolutely amazing, from check in to check o out they were always friendly and ready to assist. Area around the hotel was also a big plus, metro was a two min walk, plenty of AMAZING places to eat and drink, and very safe. Breakfast was the highlight for me, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, great coffee. A hotel to remember!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Milan Cathedral and close to Messori Metro Station, with San Babila Metro Station (Blue Line) also within walking distance, offering a direct connection to Linate Airport. The area is quiet and feels safe. Breakfast offered a good spread with plenty of choice, and the hotel also has a good on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the daily complimentary snacks, bottled water, and canned soda, as well as the in-room facilities for making coffee and other hot drinks. Overall, highly recommended."

"We stayed there at the end of our trip because it is close to the Milan airport and they have shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a restaurant with delicious food. We booked the family room and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff is professional and friendly."

"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows."
