"This place exceeded our expectations! Roxxann was lovely and made things so easy as we checked in late at night. The room was big and felt like new; the pool was great; and the fitness center was extra! Our only regret was that travel schedule didn't allow us to hang around here longer! Will be back."

"Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. We could hear talking late at night in the room next door. Guest laundry next door was convenient since we were on a road trip. Breakfast was disappointing since other reviews rated it excellent. No hot foods except waffles and other choices were limited. "

"The property itself looks good but the issues had where some areas in the room with paint lifting and looked very bad water damage. even on ceilings. Laundry facility is only 1 washer and 1 dryer need to have more for the amount of guests staying there. The breakfast is goof just wish had more fruits and possible bagels."

"I was charged for a superior room when I got here to check in. It’s a room I normally book. They told me to book the larger room to make sure it was accurate but when I got here, I had to pay an extra 15 bucks for superior which was supposed to include an iron and a coffee maker. The only thing I got was in the microwave. Also, "

"We were passing thru Tucson from Texas,we decided to stay in the Lodge because a few year’s ago we stayed here when we went to 🌵 NP and we loved it. For the second time it did not disappoint. Clean room, nice space for my two kids and husband. Next time we go to Tucson we will definitely stay here!"
