"It’s a nice location with great vibes. But, hotel lost my clothes sent to the laundry and their attitude handling is horrible. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "

Just a shame no food or snacks on a Sunday, when we were there. The corridor not great but had recently had a leak and the carpet was being replaced."
