โThis hotel was adequate for our one night needs. And itโs right in between a donut place, a bagel place and a few blocks to the monorail. Not bad for a last minute urgent find. They let us drop our bags off early which helped us as the Port storage was only till 3p. We could visit our friends w/o our bags. Very helpful. KRโ
โGreat location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I donโt know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction soundsโฆand occassionally some passer-byโs shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. Although I lost my card due to my carelessness, overall a...
โIt was excellent. The food there was actually some of the very best that we had in all of Seattle. The breakfasts were delicious, as well as the cocktails and dinners.โ
โIt is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly.
I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics.
Defiantly recommend this place!โ
โpros:
- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so itโs convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy,...
โOne of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.โ

- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor wonโt make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I donโt understand her attitude. To add, they didnโt change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
