"It was a nice room. The beds were hard though."

"The staff was great, but somehow they double booked my room? I don’t know, but I was in and out of the room all day because my band was playing a show down the block and when I came in for the night, my key card allowed me into the building, but not my room. When I asked the lady at the desk, she informed me that I’d been put in the system for a different room and not the one I was in. I had about $3000.00 worth of guitars and music gear in the room, so I was worried I was locked out and not going to be able to get back in or worse, they removed all my gear and it was just laying somewhere. However, it was nothing like what I thought and she got me a new key. Alls well that ends well, but it was just a little irritating. Overall, the staff was pretty great."

"The staff at Embass Suites in Charleston was very friendly and accommodating. There are two areas that could be improved. We went to breakfast at 7:45 and most of the hot items were gone. Also, accessibility to the stairs as an alternative to using the elevator could be improved i.e. where are the stairs located?!? and when we finally were able to find and use the stairs, the exit was onto the street!"

"Stay was fine but I called in advance to make sure there was a 24 hour shuttle for Monday 3/2 at 3:30 am to airport. I was staying at Marriott so I wouldn’t have to drive that early in the morning. Upon checking in, I was told that there was no driver until 5:00 am that day. "

"I only stayed twice but in both room the light fixture was busted and the showers and sinks didn’t drain properly. "

"Everything about the room & the staff were excellent. Good HVAC, comfortable bed, great shower, everything near & clean. However, I was unable to connect to the WiFi in my room the 3 times I tried. And the breakfast was disappointing--not on par with other Microtels I've stayed at. "
