"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. The shuttle drivers were great.
The hotel was clean and the room was sufficient, a tad outdated. It appeared they were doing some upgrades. My room had new carpeting and updated furniture, but the walls were bare. It appeared they were working on it one thing at a time. The breakfast was very basic; decent eggs and sausages, plenty of seating.
It’s right next to the Alaska Railroad station.
Some restaurants are close; ask the shuttle to take you up the hill, easier walk back is downhill."
"Older hotel. Coating in bathtub was coming up. The floor was starting to lift up could be a trip hazard. They said they had shuttle to and from the train station. They took us there. When we got back to the train station we called them and they said they didn’t have a driver for the shuttle. Very disappointed. It looked like they were helping the homeless. But maybe do a food drop off or something. Not very impressed with the whole place.😟"
"Late flight so late check in. I got room 129 and the desk clerk was nice. I went to my room and the TV did not work, The heating unit fan was making a grinding sound , Room was worn and dirty. For the price and due to my past experience. I expected better. I reported the issues to security, since all staff (except security) went home. Security called the General Manager and they told me that the Manager did not care and I could complain in the morning. I was told they are making enough tourist bookings that they JUST DONT NEED TO CARE. I went to another hotel."
"Really nice staff and comfortable beds! Had clean and nice showers and bathroom! Even though they were shared they still felt private and were always available when we needed them. Super affordable and would definitely recommend staying here! It was the perfect location after our long flight into Anchorage."
