"Great property right in the middle of everything. The spa was great, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional. Two things that brought it down a bit, as other have said the non-suite rooms are small, which would not have been a big deal BUT there was NO storage. One drawer and a place to hang things. That was it, we lived out of our suitcases. Also, no refrigerator was a bummer. Not a huge deal but if the point of this is to better enable travelers to make the right decision for them, worth mentioning."

"This is an ideal hotel for those who want to explore London. Two minutes from the tube and about a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden and Holborn. Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and St James Park are all within an easy stroll. There are plenty of great restaurants/pubs in the area and the hotel is on the edge of Chinatown. The staff are fabulous and ultra friendly especially the lady on reception with the most wonderful smile."
