"Clean room, everything was very modern. Bathroom showers were private with a great shower head and hot water! Blowdryers provided. Pods are small but it’s nice to have the privacy. They’re very soundproof, I couldn’t hear anything from the other pods. Very secure with the QR codes and very safe. In a great location. AC worked well. Especially for a solo traveler, highly recommend! The outlet in my pod stopped working, I went to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new one. Good customer service."

"Excellent Stay with Fantastic Service! We stayed in a King Suite on the second floor for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, just a five-minute walk to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and yet it was surprisingly quiet at night. The desk staff welcomed us warmly with bottled spring water and Joe, consonaré, offered recommendations for local packages (I.e. hop-on hop-off, cruise…) to enhance our stay and visit many local attractions. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We added breakfast to our package which made it a very convenient way to start our day. They had a variety of options like eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. Overall, we highly recommend St. Martins Lane London and will definitely stay here again!"

"Overall really great stay. A few quarks - one elevator was out for the entire weeks stay, and sometimes had to go up to go down. Additionally, the air conditioner would go out from time to time. Typically fixed pretty quickly - but during really hot days was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, rooms here very clean, and staff wonderful and friendly. Note that the restaurant for breakfast is at an adjacent hotel, and the lobby drink service is sold through the front desk and not an actual bar. The location was great. Be prepared though, you are essentially in the Times Square of London - so if hustle and bustle isn’t your thing - you might find the area overwhelming, but it is incredibly convenient to get to use the underground and get to many of the main attractions. I would consider this property for my next stay."

"The hotel is very central for a few days in London. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We had stayed here last year and even though there had been renovations we felt we got a better room with amenities last year. This year room was smaller, hardly any natural light (not good for somebody with dodgy eyesight) and was very disappointed that the rooms were no longer equipped with a fridge. Also for the size of the hotel we felt more lifts would have been useful. That being said if you are going to be out all day and evening exploring London and just need a room to sleep and shower this could be for you."
