One of the best - if not the best - hotels we've ever stayed at. It was absolutely flawless on our second visit as well. Two minor remarks: changing towels a little less often would certainly be more environmentally friendly, and the breakfast service could use a little fine-tuning, i.e. waiting times for coffee and tea. The quality of the breakfast, yet, makes up for that. A very unique, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed hotel with outstanding staff.
