"Comfortable room, really lovely lady checked me in. It was noisy at closing time (people outside) but that's out of the hotel's control - the room was above a pub, so to be expected. Clean, nice cup of tea, lovely shower - it was a comfortable room and I will definitely book again for future trips."

We had a spacious and well appointed room with a four-poster bed and view towards the mountains that was just what we needed after a tough week. Staff were lovely and struck the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The Sunday carvery from the in-house restaurant was excellent all round. "Absolutely beautiful outside space, a well kept garden with superb views over the Menai Strait. Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and we had a great balcony (again, with views over the Strait). The shower was ok, just about warm enough. The staff were friendly and the service was very good (special mention to Nathan, whether first thing at breakfast or serving us at the bar, unfailingly polite and on the ball). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning."
