Has every restaurant imaginable close by after a long day. Decent continental breakfast. The staff directs you to a virtual assistant kiosk with someone from a different country to check you in. I refused so they were happy to assist me at the front desk. "

"I fell asleep with my laptop in the bed on top of the covers. I woke up and saw a little bug crawling across the top. A little while later I opened the laptop and it was invested with those same little bugs! "

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "

"The house was double booked. The leasing agent was not helpful i sent over 3hrs on the phone with them. They told me they would send an email still waiting told me they were going to call i still have not received it. I eventually told them to cancel it. This left me without a room a midnights after a long day of driving. I had an appointment the next morning. This was a nightmare. I would not book with them again."
