"This spa hotel was very different from western hotels. Our room was like an apartment with a huge outdoor space with an outdoor sauna, pool- onsen, shower, lounge area, and covered dining area. Inside there was another pool/tub - onsen, dining area, TV area, karaoke machine, and two large - queen beds. The staff spoke little English, but used a translation App to help us.
