Fui com meu marido passear um final de semana em Curitiba e reservamos um quarto nesse hotel. Ao chegar la nao foi o quarto que reservei, o banheiro estava sujo, o vaso entao nem se fala, o chuveiro não funcionava agua quente tivemos que tomar banho frio, e o ar condicionado jogava agua pra dentro, achei muito desrespeito com as pessoas, não tive boa experiência com esse hotel

Mediano conforte a nota

O hotel é bem antigo, pegamos um quarto que não trancava por dentro na chave apenas com um pequeno ferrolho. As maçanetas são antigas e emperradas. O banheiro é limpo mas com estrutura antiga, a descarga emperrava e chegou derramar agua por todo banheiro. Mas a recepção foi proativa e loco pediu pra o pessoal da limpeza enxugar o banheiro. O café da manhã não é variado, mas tem o básico. O suco é artificial. O estacionamento é terceirizado e o manobrista leva e trás para o hotel conforme solicitação. A localização é ótima.

Nunca mais volto!

Preço abusivo em relação ao que entrega. Foto divulgada bem diferente do quarto que fiquei. Quarto com móveis velhos, mal cuidado. Banheiro horrível, nem suporte para papel higiênico tinha. Lençol estava limpo mas as fronhaa sujas, usadas, cheirando mal. Pedi novas e vieram limpas mas muito finas, o cheiro do travesseiro continuava. Não pedi ao aplicativo pra mudar de hotel pois chegamos tarde e eu estava muito cansada. Restaurante para café da manhã era sujo, piso sem varrer, mesas sujas, pouca opção de comida. Felizmente foi só uma noite!

Oportunidade de melhoria

Bom dia! É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel ao invés de haver melhorias, foi o contrário. Fiquei 06 dias hospedado. Segue abaixo minhas observações. Elevador 01 estava em manutenção e o outro não parava no andar que eu estava, se não me foge a memória, o 5 andar. É sempre a resposta que a manutenção iria arrumar….e demorou 04 dias para consertarem. A saída era descer um andar abaixo. Toalhas só são trocadas um dia sim e outro não. Mas no frio não secavam. O chuveiro só é quente até as +- 11:00 depois é morno. A descarga o botão de apertar desmontou. O café da manhã pouquíssima diversidade ou seja sempre a mesma coisa. O funcionários são excelentes, mas cabe a administração melhorar “as condições do hotel” que é antigo e precisa de muitas reformas.

Atendentes incríveis, bem treinados, solicitos e gentis, porém espaço deteriorado e com a limpeza duvidosa, banheiro cheio de cabelos de desconhecidos, chão com poeira, lençóis furados, privada com sujeira encrustrada. Compreensível o lugar ser simples devido ao baixo preço, no entanto a limpeza não custa caro, custa apenas capricho. Café da manhã diversificado.

Terrível!!!

Minha experiência de hospedagem foi extremamente negativa. O quarto e o banheiro estavam em condições precárias de limpeza, com sujeira visível e mau cheiro. Durante a estadia, fazia muito frio na cidade, e o local não oferecia aquecedor, chuveiro quente nem cobertores, o que me fez passar a noite acordada com frio. Além disso, encontrei baratas dentro do armário, e a iluminação só funcionava durante a noite, após várias tentativas. A impressão era de que precisavam liberar o funcionamento manualmente ao perceberem que eu estava tentando acender. O elevador apresentou falhas diversas vezes, travando e me causando bastante insegurança. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante. Ao me levantar brevemente para pegar um talher, recolheram toda a minha refeição e, quando voltei, já não havia mais lugar disponível para sentar, nem consegui tomar café. Não recomendo ao meu pior inimigo.
