5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Precisava do hotel principalmente para dormir, já que passei a maior parte do tempo fora. Na primeira noite, ao entrar no quarto, o ar-condicionado era velho, com ruído insuportável e mais calor dentro do que fora. Pedimos troca de quarto na recepção e nos negaram qualquer solução, mesmo havendo outros hotéis Red Andrade na cidade. Nos deram apenas um ventilador, prometendo consertar o ar no dia seguinte. No segundo dia, a mesma situação se repetiu. O atendente tinha aspecto descuidado e mau cheiro — incompreensível para um hotel. Insistimos em uma solução, sem sucesso. Duas noites nos sentindo ultrajados e maltratados. No terceiro dia nos trocaram de quarto e, para nossa surpresa, era o único com ar-condicionado split. Tenho certeza de que todos os outros quartos têm o ar velho; só nos deram esse quarto porque reclamamos muito. Para completar, ao pedir reembolso das duas noites com problema, nos devolveram o valor de apenas uma. Não recomendo este hotel: está em condições deploráveis e muito desatualizado.

O hotel é bom e a equipe bem atenciosa. A unica reclamação é a respeito do sistema de check in e check out que eu sinceramente achei bem falho. Plena 1h da madrugada eu levo um susto pois um hospede entra no meu quarto com cartão magnetico ativo. A desculpa do hotel foi que no sistema constava que meu quarto estava vazio. Como assim? Se nao houve check out estão nao existe quarto vazio! Na hora de ir embora deixei o cartão magnetico na recepcao e apenas fui embora.. E outra coisa, meu quarto estava trancado com o cartao magnetico e com trinco adicional. Mesmo assim o hospede conseguiu abrir ele por fora. Achei totalmente falha a questão da seguranca tambem! No final apenas um pedido de desculpas foi o meu reembolso pelo transtorno!

Estávamos em um grupo grande com 7 quartos. O atendimento da recepção foi cordial, o café da manhã é bom e a área da piscina é agradável, sendo esses os principais pontos positivos. Por outro lado, a experiência foi muito prejudicada por problemas relevantes de infraestrutura e higiene/limpeza, que impactaram diretamente o custo-benefício da hospedagem, considerando as 2 diárias e o valor pago. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, com camas muito baixas, ar-condicionado com funcionamento falho e barulhento, televisão não smart e piso do box quebrado. Em alguns momentos o ar-condicionado não funcionou adequadamente e, à noite, a água do chuveiro não esquentava. As cobertas apresentavam mau cheiro, as roupas de cama estavam manchadas e houve relatos de pessoas do grupo em que havia manchas de sangue pelo quarto. No meu quarto, encontrei ainda uma lata de refrigerante vazia no frigobar, o que evidencia falhas na higiene/limpeza. No dia do checkout, ao retornar ao quarto após o café da manhã, a porta não abria. Foi necessário acionar manutenção externa e aguardei cerca de 50 minutos até a resolução do problema, causado por má instalação da fechadura. Situação semelhante ocorreu em outro quarto do grupo na noite anterior, gerando insegurança aos hóspedes. De forma geral, a hospedagem não correspondeu às expectativas nem ao valor cobrado. Diante dos transtornos, entendo que uma compensação ou desconto seria adequado, além de mais atenção urgentemente aos pontos relatados.
Fechadura instalada de forma equivocada.
Manutenção externa para resolver o problema.
