Location is great, staff is excellent, polite and helpful. The room was very outdated, furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The sofa had holes on it, the desk was warped and peeling, no dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette - which I was told that “the rooms ending in certain numbers don’t have them” (??). You could tell mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets and towels provided were also super old and tired and some of the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. You can tell that the place is in much need of renovations and upkeep.

O quarto é bem confortável, tem um bom tamanho, as camas são confortáveis, porém o café da manha deixou a desejar, itens que deveriam estar quentes estavam frios e até gelados, reposição demorada, alguns itens reaproveitados de um dia para o outro, pães passados, café morno, água para o preparo do chá morna. A impressão que tivemos é que falta monitoramento da gerência no café da manhã. Já o serviço de recepção e de vallett excelentes.

Nos hospedamos no quarto família com dois filhos adolescentes e foi ótimo. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, localização excelente, serviço de quarto muito bom, e as refeições que pedimos no quarto foram rápidas e muito boas. O café da manhã não era espetacular, mas era bem ok. Só a internet do quarto que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas no geral a estadia atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades.
