"I’ve stayed here a few times in the past but this time I was disappointed in a few things. If breakfast is served until 9:30 then there should be food until 9:30. On Sunday morning they ran out of almost everything before 8:45. Only a few pieces of bread were left. Aldo the shampoo/conditioner etc were out. I had to tell them 3 times before they got refilled. The vent in the bathroom had clumps of dust. They need to shop vac it. And some sketchy people hanging around back and by the back entrance where we were parked.positives were staff was friendly and the jacuzzi was nice and open late. "
"Would be nice to have an elevator and microwaves inside the rooms. The closest microwave on the 2n floor i was able to get to, came to find out, it doesn’t work. I’ve Had a few luggage's that was needed to take upstairs and i had to do it myself with a big stomach, currently at 6 months pregnant and had to carry luggage’s by myself. The vending machines also had no drinks. The staff, started knocking on doors for room services before people are able to check out. These were the doors that are supposed to check out on that day, but they started knocking at 9am to have the room cleaned, which the check out time was supposed to be 11am. Overall, i wasn’t satisfied at all.."
"Front desk was unprofessional. Front desk could not find our reservation even though we had the receipt for paid room. No refund. Had to get a room at another hotel."
"Michelle was amazing, the staff was very pleasant to deal with.
Room extremely clean, looks like a new property, upgraded gym equipment, clean indoor pool. Room was specious, free WiFi and parking. Nice breakfast too."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark
2/10 Terrible
"The room smelled like mold, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom, the headboard looked like it had water damage—which may be where the smell was coming from, there were no towels in the pool, the only towels they had for the room were tiny ones (presumably for the pool), the slide was digusting at the top (dirt and grime) . . . the whole property was gross. It has definitely gone downhill. Also, there was nothing on the website about not being able to have a party in the room and we were charged an extra $150!"
"The room was horrible i stuck to the floor there were noodles in the bathroom sink. There was hair in the sinks and all over the floor. There was sticky stuff all over the handles and the floor that was some weird color. There was even crumbs in the bed when i pulled the blankets down.
I asked to speak to the mannager and he never did get a hold of me in 3 days, and i still have not heard from him/her. The guy that got me a different room did jis best but i had to take a room where people held a door open with a rock and and stood in the hallway talking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND I AM NOT EVEN SURE THAT WAS BREAKFAST THEY WERE SERVING."
