"Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Other than clean towels and washcloths, the bathroom was filthy. My wife wiped the sink/countertop and the floor with a wet cloth and it was black in color when finished. It looked like someone with soiled shoes had been standing on the toilet ring. Who knows why. I'm not one to make a fuss. I just won't stay here again. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, nothing to write home about."

"Every front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Kasandra for going above and beyond to make guests happy, comfortable and satisfied. I can tell she is just a light! She deserves a raise if you do that sort of thing!!!!! Read reviews about roaches so I was quite apprehensive and nervous prior to check in but we stayed on the third floor for 6 nights and were more than comfortable. The room was VERY clean and we did not see any bug or critter of any sort while staying. I would reccomend the non smoking top floor to anyone staying. One thing to note is that there were a bit of disturbances during the evening with other guests or dogs barking when they hear a door but wouldnt say it made my experience any less than. Also the shower pressure wasnt amazing and we even had it just dripping out at one point while on full blast but it did not last long. AC/HEAT work almost too good lol but everything down to the cable tv was great. 10/10 would reccomend"

"The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. There are places to sit and read, also well-decorated and relaxing. That is the leitmotif of this place -- relax. Then, enjoy. The fireplace was perfect for the chill of March. The cooking class was educational and just plain fun. Delicious, lusty Sicilian cooking by Chef Alba.We shall return.The room was 204 by the way."

"The staff was amazing! The breakfast was amazing! We saw a roach in room 231. The rooms were very clean however they looked like they needed to be upgraded. Outlets didn’t work. Poor paint job. Paint dropping through out. Great welcome/thank you bags . Unfortunately a dog pooped in the lobby and the owner did not pick it up. That is NOT a reflection on your establishment. I just can’t believe someone did that. Lol. I would recommend "

"The place needs to be renovated. They gave me a room with linen that looks like they got it from Salvation Army. I had to go to Walmart to get my own linen. I had to stay in the room only because I was close to the place I was visiting for the week. The picture on the website was misleading."
