"Horrible environment with trash overflowing in the hallway. Entered the room which smelled highly of Marijuana. Pulled back the sheets and they had several (multiple) stains. Went to call the front desk and phones were disconnected. Left my room to complain to front desk and was followed by a man. I definitely did not feel safe here. And when I asked for refund of money they told me there was a no refund policy on cancelations because I booked through a 3rd party. Definitely will never stay at these properties again."

"I have stayed here several times because of its conveniently located near the people I am visiting. But overtime it seems like the room are not being maintained very well as I would like. In the bathrooms we have dealt with sagging curtain rods, torn shower curtains, and loose shower handles that will not stay in place. In the room itself, the carpets are dirty, and the beds were smashed on one side from people seating on the edge of the bed, making it so that it wanted to roll you out of the bed when you are sleeping. The fridge was fine, the air conditioning great, microwave was fine, the hot water was great, the TV was fine. The hotel breakfast gets a B, because of its a full standard hotel breakfast with warm eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, oatmeal, and waffles. There is also muffins, breads, and cold cereals. It is a good value compared to other nearby hotels, and I would stay again, but I am concerned about the lack of maintenance. They recently added a $6/night parking fee."

"Beautiful location with lake views! Close to shopping and restaurants. Heating system was loud and not working when we arrived but maintenance quickly resolved the problem. Looking forward to returning in the summer. Only suggestion is to add EV chargers in garage."

"The 1st room had some kind of flying insects on the air conditioned and in the window area, I called the front desk receptionist and she immediately moved me to a different room without any hesitation. Great customer service. I didn't like the fact that they don't serve hot breakfast. Only grab and go options. They shouldn't advertise they serve breakfast. Breakfast bars and oatmeal packs is not breakfast. They didn't have milk or any type of juice options. They also didn't have bowls for the guest to eat the oatmeal or utensils for eating the oatmeal. False advertisement on breakfast being served. Will not book with them again."
