Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
For starters the place wasn’t what it look like on the app. It was dirty. Nothing didn’t work. Try to use the hotel phone realize the phone was unplugged found a sex toy behind dresser. They transfer us to another room. That room is dirty. Sounds like they had rodents scratching from the inside of the wall. It’s snow this weekend. They did not sell or plow the parking lot. They had good hot water in the expensive toilet paper.
Everything else was some trash. Since when the Ramada become a low budget, Motel 6.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ONE STAR, I would! There were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap or anything in the room. My boyfriend and I were in Baltimore for an event, so we checked in and had a great time in the city and when we came back thinking we could wash up and get some sleep, we realized there were no toiletries, any sort of towels, NOTHING! I called to the front desk to let them know and the lady there was loud and rude and told me that I should have told the maid in the morning that I needed washcloths. MIND YOU, I CHECKED IN THE ROOM IN THE AFTERNOON-WHEN THERE WAS NO MAID, AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WASHCLOTHS AND TOWELS ALREADY IN THE ROOM FOR A NEW CHECK IN!! I tried to explain this to her, but she was being a complete a$$hole and I decided to go down there and explain but she CALLED THE COPS ON ME FOR DEMANDING BASIC NECESSITIES! She then threw a towel NO WASHCLOTH OR SOAP-- at me and told me to share it with my boyfriend or else LEAVE because I was being mean for wanting to simply wash my behind!! AND WHO SHARES A TOWEL, first of all; but who washes with no cloth or soap? I waited to until the cops arrived, told them the situation, they told her to issue me a refund and I told her what I thought of her :) and then booked a much better room down the street at Motel 6. Also, the rooms at this Ramada are filthy, roaches, no fridge or microwave, just nasty people running it who clearly want you to be accustomed to be as filthy as they are used to.DISGUSTING!!
The hotel was nothing like it is described . The rooms smelled horrible, they were dirty . The property details mentioned continental breakfast included which was not , the pool didn’t even have water . It was a horrible experience .
The hotel had no tv, roaches everyplace, pool was "under maintenance" stains everyplace, dirty bed sheets, we had to leave, couldnt even stay the night.
The room came with dirty towevels that were not changed since the last visitor. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well. We asked at least to change the pillow cases and bring the clean towells. We only did not leave because we came late and there was not time to look for another hotel. The toilet was unflushed and there was residue left from another person.
The breakfast should be included, and yet they did not even have coffee, and the bread stank.
In the bathroom there were feces on the floor. The toilet was not bolted down and fell over. The room had cockroaches. The next morning I had 6 bites on my back from bed bugs. I have photos of it all.
This is not the best place to stay. The room was severely outdated and is in need of a total upgrade and remodel. The bathroom ceiling was discolored and I felt uncomfortable in taking a shower. The table chair seat and back covering was ripped and soiled. The bed was fairly comfortable however the bed pillows were ancient. Will not consider this location again.
I stayed for one hour then asked for my money back. The room had roaches crawling everywhere. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.
Hell No. Didn’t even check in and no refund a roach ran right past me at the front desk & the hotel room looked so run down and dirty, i wouldn’t recommend.
This location was a mess. Everything about it was horrible, from dead rodent’s out side to trash filled piles all over the streets, unrenovated rooms a very foul odor in the air. The pool was closed and gutted out the entire place was ran down. It’s a horror show.
Honestly a horrible experience. Rooms infested with roaches, bed had a cigarette burn in the sheets and a cut in them as if from a blade. Pillow had a dried blood stain that looked old. Black mold in the bathroom and the whole room reeked of smoke. Had to sleep over the covers and woke up to roaches on the night stand. Left early.
