"We arrived early around 10;30, they let us check early @1100. Whatever I asked,they tried to help us as much as possible. Breakfast was so good, specially bread was crispy outside and chewy inside!, egg and pho station, changed menu every day Very convenient location! An toi restaurant is next door, beautiful beach view from our room. They let us check out late instead of room upgrade! We will comeback absolutely!"

"Property is well manicure with a beautiful greenhouse garden. I did the suite which was amber space and shout out to the cleaning crews. They are meticulous, friendly staffs. Breakfast had plenty of fresh international choices but dinner at the resort's main restaurant was disappointing. Considering the prices, I expected better tasting entrée. Other than that, I like to thank the front desk crew for there accommodation, friendliness. "

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. We got in late and check in was ease. The room was kept very clean every day we were there. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach and close to a lot of good places. Would definitely stay again!!"

"I requested riverview through e mail in advance but was not. When I checked in I was so tired after 36 hrs flight fom USA, didn't pay attention before signing. So when I entered the room it was city and construction view,made me so disappointed . Room table had some spots we cleaned. Breaskfast was soso. I don't think want to come back here again."

"The hotel is really lovely and we had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The air con in the rooms was excellent although it would be great if the hall ways and lobby also had great aircon, these areas can still feel alittle humid and warm. The breakfast had a great selection and was good quality, the staff at breakfast are really helpful. The pool area is very nice but maybe not as large as it appears in the images and does get very busy so getting a spot to sunbath is difficult. The hotel will on your luggage if you check in early and your room is not ready. Likewise when you check out. The luggage seemed secure although we would have preferred it in a secure room rather than just put to the side in the lobby. Overall a few small points aside I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. It is also in a good spot for the beach and restaurants. "

"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "
