"Everything was good regarding my stay except for the parking fees that I had to pay for my vehicle. It was not a lot, just $10 a day but parking should be free. Just a thought "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a highlight as well. I didn’t use the gym but it’s right next to the pool in the lobby. There was also plenty of free parking as well. I really have no complaints. This room and hotel fit exactly what we needed at a good price. "

"I must say in all the Hotels I've stayed at ...this one is the Best in the Toronto aera! The staff was friendly, helpful, kind and always willing to help You! When I walked into my room I was "Wow this room is so clean and fresh looking". I was totally relaxed and felt very safe at this Hotel. Chris at the front desk welcomed Me like I was his best friend! Also a young lady from Housekeeping can with a new converter for my T.V. but realized it wasn't the converter problem. She had the head guy from maintenance call me and he was at my room within minutes and solved the issues by moving me to a new room right above the first room I was in. then offered me a late check out along with a credit. This beautiful Hotel and restaurants bent over backwards for You to be comfortable and feel at home. Thank You so much for all that you did for me and I will be back! June"

"we like your full breakfast will all hot items, coffee, juice, fruits.. Beds are comfortable, very clean. Nice swimming pool"

"The housekeeping knocks two times even we put sign on our door outside we are not ready, and she open the door at same time instead of waiting for us to open it. At the restaurant in the morning one guy keeps coming to everybody’s table, we prepare eating in peace. "
