"Room was ok. Have no idea about the staff because everything is through a kiosk. The whirlpool tub was useless because of low water pressure and no hot water "

"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here. "
