If Hotels.com would have told me about this when I booked I may have stayed elsewhere. Jessica at the front desk was helpful with the area and food choices and anything we needed. She deserves a raise ."

"Ac was broken and after finding roaches in the dresser drawers that weren’t broken we decided not to eat breakfast. Also there were bugs in the bathroom - the lamp was broken and the bathroom door was rotted or chewed out on the bottom inside the bathroom. The bath tub drain was non existent"

"Staff was great at check in. Room was very clean Hot tun in the room only had 2 working jets and it shut off shortly after we started it. Ac unit wasnt work great but it was cool in the room. Around midnight a group of young adults stood in the hallway screaming and yelling for about 30 minutes then was room jumping and slamming doors. It finally calmed down and everything was back to a perfect romantic night."
