Was there recently for a fishing tournament. Hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast had something for everyone. Ample parking with plugs on every light pole to plug your boat into.

Clean and new hotel. Lobby & rooms all fine. Comfortable beds. Water pressure for showers could be improved. What gave this hotel an A was the great British accent young lady working the front desk. She was outstanding and personable in checking us in and making us feel welcome.

The shower would only run completely hot or completely cold water. The staff would do nothing to assist, acted like they didn’t care at all, and would give us no credit for the inconvenience. Won’t be going back there.

We've stayed here many times. Its clean. The staff are nice but clueless when you have any issues. They are not trained to solve any problems. They can just check you in.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there were not enough hangers in the bathroom to hang towels where they could be reached from the shower and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Clean but service fees are a problem.

The hotel is very clean and nice. When we checked in there was a problem charging the new hotel fee so we were charged 4 times. Our room was already paid for but the service charges are paid when you check in. Really don't understand what those are for. We had a problem with our TV but the staff member came and helped right away. Overall, a nice stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Will stay here again.

Front Desk Ruined Stay

The hotel is clean and reasonably updated. I almost feel bad about leaving such a low rating but the front desk clerk made us feel so uncomfortable I considered leaving. From the check experience to every time we passed the desk it was uncomfortable. When we tried to make additional purchases from the sundry shop she gave us a hard time.

very good but issues

maintenance was sub par. Expired elevator inspection by 7 months, worn fixtures/or broken, delayed checkin although it was 5 pm, keys did not work because of lock malfunctions also reported by other guests, ice machine not working on 3rd floor, difficulty making TV work with no instructions and two remotes (finally got it). Kudos to the overwhelmed staff that night for their efforts to make things right. Nevertheless realy thought I deserved a comp.
