I do have to complain about the lady that services the coffee, she was eating the whole time. Plus she tried to charge me my coffee as a latte because she put milk in my coffee. โWe do a girl's trip every August to HRD and it never fails to disappoint. From the time we pull up to check in, until the time we leave, it's a great time. Great service, clean room and comfortable beds. The pool server this year was exceptional - I wish I remembered her name (she was Hungarian). Always an exceptional experience!โ
โThe staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. The only negative thing I would say is that I wish they would have coffee available a little later than 11 am. Would definately stay there again.โ
โBed was comfy, room was homey, front desk workers were polite and friendly. Our favorite part was the tiki bar and our fav bartender was KELLY! The pool was nice and the beach is right there and easy to get to. they also had karaoke and live music on the tiki deck! Definitely will be back. โ
