Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort.

The beach view and access was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to Javel and the maintenance supervisor who quickly addressed the issues we had with the air-conditioner unit in our room. The pub chips and wings from H20 was good. Overall a good stay.

I like the oceanfront view with the balcony. Certain staff members are helpful. I disliked the tub in the bathroom was clogged up and drained slow. There’s no air conditioning on the elevators nor in the lobby. And the elevators half work. The ice cream in the game room was old. Some rooms are bigger than others. Check your rooms fully before you check in fully some don’t have hot water. Be prepared to pay $17-$20 person to eat.

We were unable to stay our whole time due to our child getting sick at camp. We only stayed one night, but I was not impressed at all. Then we were rushing to leave so I left my bathroom bag. It had my contacts and my medication in it along with lots of other things. I called right when I realized and of course was not found. When I ask them to go check the room on the back of the door. The person on the phone said they did not need to because housekeeping said it was not there. I asked to speak to a manager twice, but did not get to that level.

Booked through Expedia in March for 3 rooms ocean front on Daytona Beach, but on the day of my reservation (July 4th) the hotel couldn’t process my credit card at 9am (check in at 4pm) so they cancelled my reservation. *please note I do not save credit card information on sites due to the threat of data breaches* They sent a message to Expedia but I did not get the messages in time. They stated they needed to run my credit card for 1 room’s taxes ($23) and it would not process so they cancelled all 3 of my rooms. Please note I chose the “pay upon check in option”. When I arrived to the hotel prior to 4pm I found out they had cancelled my reservations and they were completely booked. This left me and 6 adult family members without rooms on the 4th of July. The hotel did offer me 1 room with a queen size bed and a recliner stating the other 4 people could sleep on the floor. Finding this unacceptable, we chose to leave and drive to another city/state. No where did it state that any fees would be collected prior to my arrival. I believe this was the hotel looking to find reasons to cancel rooms so they could rebook at a much higher rate!

Overall it was great. Service was great and everyone was friendly The view was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The only negative would be the bar and restaurant service took a while at times but the food and drinks were really good!

Put on 7th floor with a person in a wheelchair. No microwave in the room. Walk in shower door was very hard to open whether inside or outside of the shower. great staff, a hotel that has probably peaked in the 1990s, but its on the beach, great pool, hot tub, restaurant, parking and it is a very big place.
