"Overall good experience. Super cute rooms with great views of the beach. Very involved staff like they had cook outs and cocktails most nights. Some downsides, you have to request your room to be cleaned each night for a fee. You’re by the beach so naturally floors get sandy, would’ve been nice to have floors swept or at least a broom in the room. Also there was one vending machine that was sold of out everything. I never saw an ice machine either. Super standard things even with cheap crappy hotels so I was pretty shocked. With no gas stations walkable distance this was a downside. I wouldn’t stay there again just because I’d want to be more walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores but it’s right in the beach so that was a huge plus."

"i looked at all the pictures & read all the reviews & i decided to book .This is not a resort it is most definitely a motel ,Room was dirty upon check in ,like really dirty ,people at the front desk are very rude & I did not feel comfortable about going to them about the dirty room ,so i cleaned it my self ,they did not tell me about the towel exchange ,when if you need new towels you have to bring them to exchange yourself ,did not know there is a service to call for a beach chair and umbrella to put on the beach for you ,there is no restaurant there or any kind of room services ,also there was no place for us to park at night except across the street which which looked very sketchy ,the elevators hardly work ,smell and are very hot ,I asked for the lowest floor and they gave me the highest which is 7th floor so trust me I was sweating in that elevator ,on my last day there I finally spoke to a manager Jeremy and he was super nice & understanding ,only reason I would go back to that motel is to give him the benefit of the doubt of changing things for the better ....otherwise I would never go back"

"Well we checked in and people were sitting directly outside of our door we couldn’t access the room until they moved all 7 people and woman in a wheelchair. When my fiancé finally squeezed past and asked for room key a woman said it’s open we’ve been using your toilet walking threw our room to bathroom.then when we came back out the same people moved back and we couldn’t open our gate to get out till they moved again . And you would never believe when we came back from the beach we couldn’t get in our gate again!!! But for the hotel to leave the most expensive room on the properties door actually open and for people at pool are using the toilet in our room is just discussing.But the property manager said she would only give me 10 percent off if I come back again and who would go back to that unbelievable crap people using our bathroom OMG WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ? The most expensive room is used as a public restroom with us checking in !!!"
