They whole process is extremely easy and straight forward, the rooms are very very spacious and modern, and clean. Location is perfect, right downtown, with walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. Excellent place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. On one night, we had a room facing the city and on a separate reservation, we had a room facing the sea. I must say, the room facing the city has a much larger bathroom and surprisingly quiet. The room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. And we got to enjoy VIP perks with a discount at the spa. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is exceptional! The history behind the renovation of the property is fully laid out within the reception/lobby of the hotel and is fascinating. There is even a TV station showing the work done on the property too. The staff were simply fantastic. The staff is amazing ‘Jesse’ and Maria are warm sweet and welcoming. They helped us with every question we had: how to find delicious dining, laundromat, optician to fix my glasses, how to use website to get train tickets to our next week of travel and more. The location is the perfect spot to be centrally located to explore upper and lower town Thessaloniki- very walkable. Easily took 4 walking tours that I found on GPSmycity and one that I custom made. This was my first time at this hotel and I chose it because of its proximity to the airport. My room was upgraded into a huge suite and it was great only wish I had had more time to stay.

Great location - close to the airport, close to the city and on the road leading out of town to the beach, also loved that it was so so close to the ‘Kosmos’ mall, which was a great options for shopping and dining. The outdoor pool was wonderful. I wasn’t too keen on the indoor pool - I personally thought it could have been warmer (though my kids were happy). Also was not overly impressed with the spa in the women’s room- the jacuzzi’s water was barely warm and the steam room wasn’t working....

Thess Residences is one of our favorite places to stay in Thessaloniki. We’ve been coming here many times over the years, and it consistently delivers an excellent experience. Modern, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located, with great service every time. Highly recommended!
