Jenn, who checked us in, was very welcoming and very helpful in giving directions. Only thing we couldnt find in the hotel was a pop or water machine. Everything in the room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Give this hotel a try!

This is a very nice hotel. Everything is new and clean. The staff are very customer focused. They started serving breakfast 45 minutes earlier than scheduled because we had to leave early Saturday morning. The beds are a little too soft for my liking, but that is the only negative for me.

The only thing we did not like was the magnetic strip key cards for the room. We had to have ours redone twice. A side from the a very pleasant stay. Are room was very comfortable and no noise.

Lot of dining areas near by.. Desk staff very friendly.. I did speak with (I believe a manager at desk ) re: a few issues with bathroom area and bfst. Would be nice if chair in room had foot stool. All in all a nice place!

Quick stop on longer trip. Hotel is under renovation so it’s not pretty to look at inside but check in was quick and clerk was friendly. Rooms were unaffected: clean, quiet, roomy. Shower had good water pressure and Dove products. Liquid soap by sink- so glad to see a hotel with this instead of the little bar soap. Grab and go breakfast (due to renovations) had a good number of choices. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this Hotel often at least 2 to 4 times a year. Always friendly. They know me by name when I walk in there door. Comforting feeling yet business like, this hotel has ongoing remodeling the rooms are all finished and the beds are extremely comfortable and it is quiet. Jesscia always greats with a smile and she always has a very positive attitude she works the front desk and other small town feel is great!

Best Customer survice!

We celebrated my granddaughters birthday. The lady that took my call when i had questions, was the same lady that checked us in. I wish i would have gotten her name.She was wonderful!! She wished my granddaughter a happy birthday, at breakfast the next day she asked how swimming was. She smiled everytime we seen her! The best customer service I have ever had staying somewhere!! We are from Defiance, so this was in our hometown. She still asked if we needed anythign. I just truly appreciate her kindness!!

not impressed

Not any their fault, but the hotel was being renovated and there was no access to a commons area if you didn't want to just sit in you room the whole time. Room was clean, and comfortable. Antenna style tv, no menu to see what what on. Not to impressed. The ladies behind the counter however were amazing and were very helpful and always had a smile given there situation, again, they had no control over. Hotel owner needs to pic it up and get the renovation finished before i would stay there again.
