"My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. "The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. My only issue is that it is on the fringe of Business Bay, which makes it a bit far from the Dubai Mall and even the metro stop. We love to walk so we actually walked the distances all the time but just be aware of this if you are not mobile."

"This is the second time at the Sofitel The Palm. The staff are excellent..always smiling and happy to help. They remembered us from our previous visit and are always kind. The restaurants are amazing and half board is recommended as everything is expensive in Dubai. Excellent location too. Thank you everyone at the Sofitel for another wonderful holiday. "
