“They over sold and did not have the room I requested. They accommodated quickly and refunded my money. Great customer service!”

“I have stayed at the Rodeway Inn for the past few years. It is well-kept, has extremely wide parking spaces, and I've never had anything but a comfortable stay. Only 12-14 minutes from Crater Of Diamonds State Park. There is also a Walmart and places to eat in town.”

“Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.”

“Room. Very clean.staff was friendly.”
