โStunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment.

โAs a solo female traveller, I was made to feel very welcome and safe. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and smelt lovely when i arrived.
I was given the option not to have the room made up which i took advantage of. Better for me and the entertainment.
Food was good and gave value for money.
Never stayed atcan Ibis before but definitely would again.

โStaff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced.
Biggest downside is that the room was crampedโ we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. Would have also helped to have some more hooks or something to hang clothes and towels from.

โI rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didnโt get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasnโt disappointed. And I wasnโt. The room was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Every other member of staff I met showed the same smiling, happy, can-do attitude. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
