“Booked 2 nights. Took over 30min per person to check-in. Reception didnt say 'sorry to late', Only 1 man recieve the guest and 1~2 ladies just chat and laugh even guests wait to check in. From the 1st day, A/C didnt work. Slept without A/C for 1 night. Never ever book here again.”
