“We stayed at the Palms for 4 nights. On our first night the aircon was leaking quite badly on to the bed so we had to sleep with it turned off. We also only had 2 towels provided in the room for the 4 of us staying here. I mentioned this to housekeeping the next morning and they were very helpful and prompt in resolving these issues. “Really enjoyable place to stay and within walking distance of decent shopping and dining at Port Denarau. Staff very friendly and really engage in getting people to join in their poolside activities. Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and handy to pools although some can be a fair bit away. Location great with poolside views to the sea and we really liked our stay at this resort and would definitely consider returning. Deli cafes good reasonably priced food and we had a lovely meal...
