We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We had a very late check in and they had the pack n play ready in the room which made the process so much smoother. One of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views.
