The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable , and the amenities like the breakfast service and gym were more than adequate. . Our first room had a relentlessly noisy air conditioner, but we were instantly moved to a better spot when we asked for help. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Billy at the front desk was fantastic! He was funny and personable! The breakfast staff was so nice too! The room was clean and beautiful. My daughters loved the way it was decorated. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub jets were super strong.
