“I was given the keys to a room that had none of the amenities that I had reserved and paid for on line. I contacted the desk clerk on duty about my concerns he was rude, told me that he had no other rooms and that he "just worked there". and I could talk to the manager in the morning because he couldn't do anything about the situation.

“Room was dirty area was dirty and dangerous. There was an active drug dealer happening as we parked shirtless guy standing on the 2nd floor drinking a beer. Our door did not shut all the way. Homeless people in the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all. Sheets were dirty.”

“Have stayed here a few times and love it here. It is a smaller hotel with rooms that have either a small outside sitting area or balcony. FYI/ No elevator to upstairs rooms. Nice sized and very clean pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and have a small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Small coffee pot in room. Their small cafe has breakfast and lunch items that are VERY reasonably priced. Staff is amazing! You must check out Cactus Jacks across the street for a great meal!”

“The staff was so super nice. We got I believe the biggest suite at a really amazing price. It was basically a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. We loved our experience and would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the area again.”
