"Everything was 5-stars! My only critiques involved the room condidtions. The cleaning staff was incredible and kept everything looking spiffy. The only problems were that the walls are rather thin, so i could hear my neighbors when I had them; and the shower head was barely functional and in need of replacement. Thank you for taking such good care of me while I stayed. "

Many other hotels around Anchorage at the price point of Aptel are uncleaned properly, have unsafe parking areas, and highly unacceptable customer service personnel. "Our room faced out towards the bay, so you had the beach with the waves and snow covered mts as a back drop. How could you ask for more? And there were eagles there every day! A very relaxing stay. "
