I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean

Good: Phenomenal location, pool with hot tub (required reservations, but the views and atmosphere was wonderful), nice room, great restaurants, both in the hotel and at the top of the mountain Needs improvement: Room was cold -- we tried to increase temp, but it stayed cool the entire stay; room had no desk or table -- we had work to do and had to relocate to find a place to do it Overall it was a wonderful stay

The hotel is close to the airport which is a plus, however it is in an area which has a lot of unfortunate people living rough and while not threatening during the day it’s not an area to walk at night. My room was on the ground floor beside the elevator. Everytime anyone used the elevator there were extremely loud mechanical grinding sounds which made it impossible to sleep, as people used the lift regularly throughout the evening and night. This room should not be let to a paying guest. For the price paid, at what is probably a peak time, this hotel really under delivers.

I’ve never met a more convivial staff. From those at the front desk to breakfast crew and chef to those taking care of the rooms! I will highly recommend this to all who want to visit Anchorage! I greatly appreciate their personal attention and consideration! Diane is quite unique! Thank you all!
