We asked for a ground level room that hopefully would be quiet. The room was perfect. Nothing fancy, but we knew we would be there basically just to sleep (there is so much to do and see in Homer). We like to have morning coffee in our room, but there was no in-room coffee maker. However, the coffee in the lobby was very good, and we could make mocha if we wanted to with the chocolate packets provided. Nicely centrally located in Homer.

The property is in an older building on the exterior with character. The interior was very clean, fresh paint and the bathroom tub/shower surround was spotless. Hotel is located in the center of town with restaurants and bars close by. Will stay here again.

King’s Landing Homer AK

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Have what you need (microwave/fridge). Close to the things you need in town. 8-10 min drive to the Homer spit. Rooms are dated, though. Definitely expensive for the price but that’s Alaska I guess.

Everything was fine but 2 items. They knew 4 people were staying there for months. They gave us 2 towels & 2 wash cloths, & not much soap/shampoo. The last full day was rainy all day. Didn't really want to get out much. The TV didn't work because of the rain. So we got out & did something in the rain. Overall, it was a clean comfortable place to stay. I would use it again.

My stay was ok, too noisy to leave the windows open and felt stuffy. Only stayed 2 nights and cancelled my 3rd night and they still kept the 3rd night pay and didn’t refund the money. I won’t be staying there again and I won’t recommend anyone else to stay there either.

Convenient easy access. Dated. Only 1 washer and dryer. Also, not allowed to start a wash after 7 pm or before 7 am meaning you have to do laundry during the day when on vacation? I think not.
