“Selected this hotel for its western, historical profile. The restaurant was very good, had dinner and breasfast there, excellent staff and food. Close to the beautiful Snowy Range in Medicine Bow National Forest in Wyoming”

“Cigarette burns on the bedding , ac didn’t work. Floor was extremely dirty”

“Clean room, good breakfast”

“The room was okay until I went to take a shower the next morning. There was not any water for the bath/shower. I feel like I should have been told this at checkin. I would have requested another room. I did leave a note of concern with my room key when I checked out. I also wrote an email to the motel. I had no response. I feel the room was okay, but the customer service could be better. CM”
