“My room was too far from elevator My only compliant my stay was very pleased”

“Booked room because the site said it had an indoor pool, upon arrival the was a sign on entrance saying pool was permanently closed! when i asked the lady at the desk if this happened recently she said no it has been closed since 2024 and the website should have been updated! but it was not! refrigerator in room did not work”

“The room smelled like smoke and mold. Requested another room and it was somewhat better. Then the next day the elevator was broken and had to use the stairs to take luggage to load the car.”

“Older motel, reminds me of places we stayed when I was a kid on family vacation. The property was not in the best repair (door chain lock was broken, as was the bathroom lock) Check in clerk could have been a robot. Talked to the manager in the morning to extend my stay, she was super nice and helpful. Room was not super clean, but not filthy. Bed was comfortable, ac blew cold. Very quiet, obviously built in another era. Breakfast is a voucher for breakfast at a Cafe on the premises, really...

“Let’s start off by saying all around horrible. No real blankets, A/C wasn’t working properly, property looks like it just went through an hurricane and don’t forget the cockroaches we found. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

“The spread and sheets had holes in them. The towels were terrible. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the walls in the bathroom were nasty and the couch had stains and holes. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs. On Fridaynight the people below us starting cussing and fighting at 3:00 am to 6:00 am they started throwing things. Not a good experience!”

“I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Had I known these things prior to booking, I never ever would have booked—much less for 2 nights. They did extinguish the candles, but my throat was already thickening. My daughter returned inside and retrieved our luggage. We didn’t ask for...
