"We had a good stay. Being from the US, we were a bit surprised at how small the room was. There was barely enough room for two people to walk about each other. Also, there was no space to store our clothes or suitcase (no closet, no space under the bed). There were only 4 or 5 clothes hangers over the mirror behind the entry door. The smallness of the room was bearable, but having to live out of a suitcase due to no storage was quite disappointing. Everything else about the hotel was really good-to-great. Thank you MyStays."

"Great staff, good breakfast every morning, walkable location to Aomori Station and surrounding destinations. Would stay again!"

"Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Aomori station. Easy check in. Room cleaning only provided every 3rd day. However provides new towels every day. Room was comfortable and efficient. Nice breakfast provided in mornings between 630 and 900. It is quite busy despite having a fairly large seating area. Surrounding area is quiet and safe but not a large selection of places to eat or shop. There is a laundry on the main floor."

"Great hotel!! Everything is clean, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. It’s super close to train station and about 20-25 min walk to Hirosaki castle or by bus. Lots of places to eat around. Visitor center across the street at train station. Recommend visiting that to help plan itinerary etc. They also have cheap car parking if renting a car. Will be staying here again when visiting Hirosaki."
