AC worked great, shower was wonderful (waterfall and handheld showerhead with abundant hot water), kitchenette with everything you'd need, beach supplies (cooler, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment), NO bugs, outdoor shower and place outside to dry wet swimsuit and I could go on.
