“Spent most of our day time at Infinity Pool, very nice, except for lack of chairs. Most are "gone" by 9am with just towels on them.”

“The staff is so friendly, the facilities are nice, the location is good. We love the beach and the beach chairs! The bars and restaurants are wonderful. The only thing I wish we could change is that it is close to a water treatment plant and it can smell from time to time. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place. We will likely return. ”

“Clean resort! Amazing plus that the boat takes you to flamingo island for free. We spent almost every day there even if it was only for an hour.. just because we could!! Definitely recommend to explore other beaches as well. Casino there is super small but great! Live dealers. Shopping is amazing here as well. Would skip the restaurant that is in the lobby. Our friends tried it twice (gave it another chance) and they did not like it at all. Steakhouse on site is very well known but we didn’t try...

“I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

“Word for the wise! If you pay for the “huts” on the beach for your entire stay, make sure you claim them daily between 7-9am or they are forfeited and given to other guests. You are not charged but you don’t have your hut. Many guests were upset as that is the reason you rent them so as not having to rush down in the morning. ”
