Our stay was too short to use the pool, but it looked nice as well. The receptionist took his time to also give us some recommendations in the area and was super nice as well! "Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was clean, well maintained and had a nice big spa bath. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules provided. Some noise at night, as this is in the centre of Ballina. "

"Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
