“Internet connections in room were terrible. Complained 3 times and it was never fixed. We don't think it can be fixed. Hallways were dark with heavy carpet. On our second stay the rooms air conditioner was antiquated and not functioning properly. They had a noisy standing fan for if the room became too hot. Also no soap holder in the shower. Had to rest soap on the ridge of the bath stall. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Resort. Our room and view were amazing. The staff members were top tier, so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were brilliant esp Zen. We looked forward to breakfast overlooking the beach every morning. Can hardly wait to return. ”

“Wir wurden einfach in das Hotel Waves umgebucht, 3 Tage vor Ankunft. Das Hotel Waves war ok, Spa-Bereich sehr gut, Essen ebenfalls. Die Umbuchung haben wir als zu kurzfristig empfunden, man wußte sicher früher, dass das Hotel Tamarind, auf das wir und gefreut haben, noch renoviert wird. Der Preis insgesamt für das Waves war in keiner Weise angemessen sondern total überteuert. Somit keine Empfehlung.”

“Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily. Front of house team courteous and on point. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. ”

“The pictures look MUCH better than the property. For the rate I paid, I could've got much better. The pool chairs are all sunk in and worn out. The room was very shabby. It was overall very shabby. The pictures were probably taken when the property first opened if that was 10 years ago”
